{"id":9130,"date":"2023-12-01T14:46:32","date_gmt":"2023-12-01T14:46:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redmediterranea.com\/?p=9130"},"modified":"2023-12-01T14:46:33","modified_gmt":"2023-12-01T14:46:33","slug":"el-pil-en-turismo-ofrece-1-500-oportunidades-de-empleo-y-formacion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redmediterranea.com\/index.php\/2023\/12\/01\/el-pil-en-turismo-ofrece-1-500-oportunidades-de-empleo-y-formacion\/","title":{"rendered":"El PIL en turismo ofrece 1.500 oportunidades de empleo y formaci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>El lanzamiento estuvo encabezado por el Ministro de Empleo y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional Facundo Torres y el Presidente de la Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Turismo Alejandro Lastra.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>El programa impulsa el trabajo y la formaci\u00f3n profesional en los sectores hotelero, gastron\u00f3mico y de agencia de viajes.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Las inscripciones se realizan a trav\u00e9s de Ciudadano Digital.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Provincia lanz\u00f3 la segunda edici\u00f3n del&nbsp;<strong>Programa de Inserci\u00f3n Laboral (PIL) para la Industria del Turismo<\/strong>, en un acto encabezado por el ministro de Empleo y Formaci\u00f3n Profesional, Facundo Torres, y el presidente de la Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Turismo, Alejandro Lastra.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En est\u00e1 edici\u00f3n, 1.000 ingresantes podr\u00e1n hacer un entrenamiento laboral en empresas del sector y capacitaciones designadas percibiendo una beca est\u00edmulo mensual de 80 mil pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, 500 trabajadoras y trabajadores que se desempe\u00f1en actualmente en la industria podr\u00e1n mejorar sus habilidades laborales a partir de cursos de capacitaci\u00f3n gratuitos (virtuales y presenciales). La formaci\u00f3n comprende, entre otros rubros, Nuevas Tecnolog\u00edas Aplicadas, Cocina Saludable, Organizaci\u00f3n de Operaciones Hoteleras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la presentaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n estuvieron el ministro de Desarrollo Social, Juan Carlos Massei; y el presidente de Asociaci\u00f3n Empresaria Hotelera Gastron\u00f3mica de C\u00f3rdoba, Fernando Desbots; la directora de la Agencia C\u00f3rdoba Turismo, Nora Cingolani; el director de Turismo y Promoci\u00f3n de la Ciudad de C\u00f3rdoba, Francisco Marchiaro; y autoridades de la industria tur\u00edstica.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/prensa.cba.gov.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/8-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-577138\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>En detalle<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Postulantes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas interesadas en sumarse al PIL Turismo&nbsp; deber\u00e1n ser mayores de 16 a\u00f1os, con o sin discapacidad, contando con&nbsp; residencia en la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba. Los interesados podr\u00e1n inscribirse de manera online a trav\u00e9s de<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cidi.cba.gov.ar\/portal-publico\/\">&nbsp;CIDI<\/a><\/strong>, por medio del Formulario \u00danico de Postulantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La b\u00fasqueda de empresa por parte de los postulantes es autogestiva, por lo tanto, es imprescindible contar con el CUIT del lugar donde se desea hacer la pr\u00e1ctica para realizar la inscripci\u00f3n. Una vez inscripto, el\/la postulante tendr\u00e1 que pedirle a la empresa que acepte su postulaci\u00f3n y cuando este paso est\u00e9 realizado, la inscripci\u00f3n de ambas partes (empresa y postulante) quedar\u00e1 completa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Empleadores<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los empleadores deber\u00e1n estar radicados en la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, con el c\u00f3digo de actividad de AFIP correspondiente a los rubros Hoteler\u00eda, Gastronom\u00eda y\/o Agencias de Viaje. Estar inscriptos como empleadores en AFIP por el personal en relaci\u00f3n de dependencia, que trabaja en las sedes radicadas en la Provincia de C\u00f3rdoba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cantidad total de personas beneficiarias que pueden incorporar las empresas y empleadores privados, considerando todos los Programas de Empleo del Gobierno Provincial es:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 empleado registrado: 1 Beneficiario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 a 5 empleados registrados: 2 Beneficiarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 a 10 empleados registrados: 3 Beneficiarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>11 a 20 empleados registrados: 4 beneficiarios.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s de 20 empleados registrados en AFIP: 20% de beneficiarios sobre su planta de personal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>No impactan en el cupo establecido beneficiarios con discapacidad, trasplantados, participantes de programas de recuperaci\u00f3n de adicciones, libertad asistida y similares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que todos los programas de empleo, una parte de la asignaci\u00f3n est\u00edmulo ser\u00e1 co-financiada por las empresas, de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hasta 20 empleados: el 33% de la asignaci\u00f3n est\u00edmulo mensual por cada beneficiario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De 21 a 50 empleados: el 48% de la asignaci\u00f3n est\u00edmulo mensual por cada beneficiario.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>M\u00e1s de 50 empleados: el 60% de la asignaci\u00f3n est\u00edmulo mensual por cada beneficiario.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Las empresas\/empleadores que deseen sumarse deber\u00e1n contar con CIDI 2 y podr\u00e1n inscribirse ingresado a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/programasempleo.cba.gov.ar\/\">https:\/\/programasempleo.cba.gov.ar\/<\/a>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cronograma de la convocatoria<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>21 de noviembre al 8 de diciembre: Per\u00edodo de
