Se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro del rodado y al labrado de las actuaciones correspondientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f Infracciones al C\u00f3digo de Convivencia Ciudadana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En horas de la noche de ayer, personal policial que realizaba tareas preventivas en la ciudad de De\u00e1n Funes intent\u00f3 controlar una motocicleta cuyo conductor circulaba sin casco protector, quien hizo caso omiso a la orden de detenci\u00f3n y emprendi\u00f3 la fuga realizando maniobras peligrosas. Tras un seguimiento controlado, se procedi\u00f3 al secuestro del rodado, labr\u00e1ndose las actuaciones correspondientes por infracci\u00f3n a los art\u00edculos 105, 105 bis y 111 de la Ley Provincial N.\u00ba 10.326.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2714\ufe0f Aprehensi\u00f3n por resistencia a la autoridad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En horas de la noche, personal policial procedi\u00f3 a la aprehensi\u00f3n de un masculino que circulaba a bordo de un autom\u00f3vil a alta velocidad por calles c\u00e9ntricas de De\u00e1n Funes.
