{"id":11492,"date":"2024-07-24T12:57:45","date_gmt":"2024-07-24T12:57:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/redmediterranea.com\/?p=11492"},"modified":"2024-07-24T12:57:45","modified_gmt":"2024-07-24T12:57:45","slug":"parte-de-prensa-44","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/redmediterranea.com\/index.php\/2024\/07\/24\/parte-de-prensa-44\/","title":{"rendered":"Parte de Prensa"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> En horas de la tarde de la v\u00edspera, en Barrio Jos\u00e9 Hern\u00e1ndez, personal del Cuerpo de Acci\u00f3n preventiva, por comisi\u00f3n de la central de comunicaciones donde varios llamados an\u00f3nimos manifestaban ver un hombre exhibi\u00e9ndose desnudo, al llegar al lugar se constata al masculino mayor de edad, quien al ver el personal actuante se torna agresivo arrojando elementos contundentes, logrando contenerlo y trasladado en m\u00f3vil policial al Hospital Ernesto Romagosa, donde queda en observaci\u00f3n y valoraci\u00f3n, conforme lo establece el tribunal Superior de Justicia, a trav\u00e9s del Acuerdo Reglamentario N 1605.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allanamiento con secuestro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En horas de la ma\u00f1ana en la v\u00edspera, en Barrio Jose Hern\u00e1ndez, personal policial de la Divisi\u00f3n de Investigaciones procedi\u00f3 a dar cumplimento de la orden judicial de allanamiento secuestrando varios objetos probatorios relacionados a la causa de NCMEC; elementos puesto disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de Instrucci\u00f3n a 9\u00aa Circunscripci\u00f3n Judicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recupero de motoveh\u00edculo sustra\u00eddo<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En horas de la tarde de la v\u00edspera, personal policial procedi\u00f3 al secuestro de una motocicleta 110 cc que fue encontrada en un descampado del barrio Kil\u00f3metro 2; dicho hallazgo se dio en el marco del operativo de rastrillaje implementado tras tomar conocimiento de la sustracci\u00f3n del rodado, siendo puesto a disposici\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda de Instrucci\u00f3n de 9na.
